选煤厂破损原煤筒仓加固补强设计

Consolidation Design for the Damaged Raw Coal Silo of a Coal Preparation Plant

摘要: 以龙滩矿井选煤厂钢筋混凝土原煤筒仓工程为例,根据仓体破损情况,分析了筒仓破损的原因,并从施工难易度考虑,提出了内外壁加固采用粘钢加固法、粘贴纤维复合材加固法和压力注浆相结合的加固补强方法,加固完成后,结构使用效果良好,达到了结构安全,费用和工期减小的目标。

Abstract: Taking the raw coal silo of reinforced concrete project of a coal preparation plant as an example, this paper expounds a design method for the consolidation of a concrete silo structure after damage occurs to the silo body. Practice has proved that the result of this consolidation method is rather satisfactory, achieving the aim of securing the structure and reducing cost and construction time. Meanwhile, it also provides reference for the consolidation design of similar projects in future.
